An update: I have guest post on the blog "The Artist Unleashed" and invite you all to read it. It covers a period in 2012 when I thought I had secured a literary agent and was sadly mistaken. Though it was a painful experience, it taught me to persevere.

ReplyDeleteGood article! I also learned the hard way not to tell everyone about agents being interested in your book! But I'm sorry that came at such a rough period, emotionally, for you.
I think you're a good writer, and you're such a strong person -- able to admit the darker periods of your life, in the hope of inspiring others. That's admirable.
